Dallas, Texas. Noviembre 5 del 2016. Los miembros de la Asociación Mexicano-Americana de la Barra de Dallas -MABA-Dallas, que se conoce en sus siglas en inglés como “Mexican-American Bar Association of Dallas” en su reciente reunión ordinaria realizada en noviembre del presente decidió dar su apoyo (endorsements) a los candidatos anunciados en el presente comunicado.
La Asociación Mexicana de Abogados es una de las asociaciones latinas más importantes y prominentes de la nación. Es una entidad con espíritu de voluntariado apoyado en el compromiso de sus afiliados y simpatizantes. Dentro de sus miembros se encuentran; Abogados, jueces, funcionarios electos, estudiantes de la escuela de derecho y empresarios de muchos orígenes étnicos.
Erik Puente es el actual Presidente de -MABA-Dallas, y Olegario Estrada es el presidente elegido para el siguiente periodo legislativo en el ámbito local y estatal “hemos hecho un minucioso análisis acerca de la trayectoria de los candidatos y decidimos dar nuestro apoyo (endorsements) a ellos porque reúnen los requisitos que benefician a nuestra comunidad” dijo Olegario Estrada.

The Mexican-American Bar Association of Dallas Announces Endorsements.
Dallas, Texas. November 6, 2016. The members of the Mexican American Bar Association, MABA, announce the endorsement of candidates in the General Election set for November 8, 2016.
MABA is one of the most important and prominent Latino associations in the nation. It is an entity with volunteer spirit supported by the commitment of its members and supporters. Among its members are; lawyers, judges, elected officials, law students of law school and business persons of many ethnic backgrounds.
Erik Puente is the current President and Olegario Estrada is the President-elect. Both officers are attorneys. MABA recently held a screening and endorsement meeting where the candidates experience and platforms were reviewed. “After thoroughly screening the candidates, we decided to endorse those who we feel will best represent the community in the position they are seeking”, said Olegario Estrada.
